Welcome to Temlis! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://www.temlis.com) and the services, assets, and content we provide. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Use of Services

a. License to Templates, Files, and Assets

Temlis grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use templates, design files, components, and resources ("Resources") available through our platform for personal or commercial use. You may modify and incorporate Resources into your projects, but redistribution or resale of Resources (in original or modified form) as standalone assets is strictly prohibited.

b. Subscription Plans

Yearly All-Access

By subscribing to the Yearly All-Access plan, you receive 1-year access to the available Resources and updates during your active subscription. This includes:

Instant access to all Framer templates
Instant access to all Figma design files
Manual access to Webflow templates (up to 5 transferred daily)
Access to new products and features released within the subscription period
3–6 new templates released per month during your subscription window

Your subscription does not auto-renew. A new purchase is required to continue access after the expiry date.

All Access Lifetime

By purchasing the All Access Lifetime plan, you receive permanent access to all Resources. This includes:

Instant access to all Framer templates
Instant access to all Figma design files
Manual access to Webflow templates (up to 5 transferred daily)
Lifetime access to all future template releases
Access to new product launches under the Temlis roadmap

This is a one-time payment. You will not be charged again for future releases covered by this license.

c. How Template Transfers Work

Webflow templates are delivered via manual transfer. Users may request up to 5 template transfers per day to their Webflow account. Transfers are typically processed within 12 hours. Misuse or automation of transfer requests may result in suspension or restriction of access.

d. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws while using the Temlis platform and its content.

2. User Accounts

a. Account Registration

Certain services require a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

b. Account Suspension or Termination

Temlis may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in activity that compromises our services or brand.

3. User Content

a. Ownership

Any content you submit to Temlis (such as feedback, suggestions, or testimonials) remains your property, but you grant Temlis a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the platform and marketing.

b. Responsibility

You are responsible for all content you submit and must ensure it does not infringe on third-party rights, contain malicious code, or violate any law.

4. Intellectual Property

a. Rights Reserved

All content, templates, design systems, and branding provided through the Temlis platform remain the intellectual property of Produlis Studio LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute these materials except as permitted under your plan license.

b. Trademarks

The Temlis name, logo, and visual identity are trademarks of Produlis Studio LLC and may not be used without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

a. No Warranties

All Resources and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding their fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, or compatibility with your software.

b. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Temlis and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Resources or violation of these Terms.

c. Limitation

In no event shall Temlis be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on our site. Your continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sheridan, Wyoming.
